Rates and Availability
Our standard rates are given below - please note that these rates include unlimited wifi/internet access, towels, bedding and cleaning, and apply to the whole apartment (i.e. not per person). You can pay either just before arrival by UK bank transfer, Paypal, credit card (see box below) or cash when you get here - in whichever currency suits you best.

Subject to availability, you can arrive and leave on any day of the week to suit your requirements and stay for as little as one night!
If your plans change, you can cancel up to 48 hours before 4pm on the arrival date - we'll return monies paid in advance (see small print below) or carry them forward to a future booking.
A security deposit of €150 in cash is required on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less the cost of any breakages etc.

To make a booking, please complete our standard booking contract (Word doc 57KB) email it back to us. We will reply as soon as possible to confirm.
The small print:
Prices are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed. You may choose to pay a deposit which will be fully refundable less any Paypal or bank charges in the event of a cancellation notified at least 48 hours before the arrival date.
Optional extra charges are:
Laundry service - 10 euro per load (dry-cleaning not included but can be arranged locally)
Shopping service - cost plus 5 euro service charge
Short local telephone calls (under 5 minutes each) are free, others are charged at cost
If you pay cash in a currency other than euro, we will convert at the purchase rate given by Thomas Cook Currency Exchange on the day of arrival.
All bookings are subject to our booking terms and conditions which will be sent to you for agreement before the booking is regarded as confirmed.
