Accommodation
Our 2-room apartment is superbly equipped and was completely refurbished throughout in 2009 including a luxury fitted kitchen and fully-tiled shower-room. Designed to sleep 1 or 2 couples, there is a large sunny balcony with fantastic open views of Mont-Blanc and the surrounding area. A few stairs take you to the first floor of a small residential building with parking - there is also a private storage room in the basement for sports equipment and suitcases.
We are happy to provide information about flights, car hire, ski lift passes, local services, sporting activities and sight-seeing. If you are viewing properties in the area we may be able to help point you in the right direction.
Towels, bedding and cleaning are all included in your price - we can even arrange to have your fridge/freezer stocked up for you ready for your arrival! Just let us know in advance what you would like and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.
Amongst other things, the apartment is equipped with a DVD player and iPod dock, and there are two UK power sockets in addition to the usual French ones in case you forget your adapter! The fully-fitted kitchen has a huge fridge, a microwave, cooker, hob and the all-important dishwasher.
We provide free unlimited wi-fi for those wanting to check their email whilst away, and a telephone landline for free local calls - handy for booking restaurants etc.

The Bay area of Passy is highly regarded among locals and has been nicknamed "Petit Nice" for its sunny weather. In the winter, there are 15 ski resorts all within about an hour's drive and in the summer there are a wide range of activities available on the doorstep and further afield. The nearest sizeable town is Sallanches (a 15-20 minute drive away) and there are local amenities just a mile up the road.
With Geneva airport just an hour's drive away, the location is particularly good for short breaks, especially if you are house-hunting in the area, or just want to get a feel for what's around.
